Family Photography with Laughter + Love
It was so much fun photographing Denise, Alex and their two sons in November. It was an absolute joy to meet all of them. I could tell right away that they were a super close family that loves to laugh and joke around - my kind of people!
Most of the families that I photograph have little kids, so I have a whole repertoire of silly jokes, funny voices, and PJ Masks conversation ready to go. I knew those topics probably wouldn’t go over so well with teenagers, so I was a little bit apprehensive heading into this session. But these guys were an absolute delight, and I loved every minute of our session together. I think a lot of families fall out of the habit of getting photos done consistently as their kids get older - but you shouldn’t! I’m hoping to shoot more families with older kids and teens this year.
