A Perfect San Francisco Weekend
I typically shoot families with little kids, so when Danielle reached out to put together a session for her and her husband Ron, I jumped at the chance to try something a little different. They were celebrating their 5th anniversary, and wanted to document a typical weekend of hanging out in the city. I was all in.
Ron and Danielle are leaving the Bay Area for Cincinnati later this year (a fact I am very sad about, as they are my dear friends), so our shoot was also a love letter to their longtime San Francisco neighborhood.
You guys, this session was a blast. We explored the Castro (there are hills - so many hills) and the Mission, stopped for a beer, and laughed a ton. They indulged all of my weird ideas and were up to try anything.
